90 years of light
I-llu-mi-nated. You thought that was to do with that secret society of around 1700-1800? Now, seriously: ELBA (elba.ro) means “the light from Timișoara” and is already a well-established brand on the market.
Sale, sweet sale
ELBA naturally means experience and the guarantee of quality in the field of lighting. But it also means the responsibility to keep improving. This time round, it was in the field of sales, in the whole ELBA network in Romania. We met, we liked each other, and we went ahead with it.
What’s in it for me?
In order to sell, you have to like it, to have that something special which makes you stand out in a crowd. The ELBA sales representatives, who came from all over the country, engaged in an open dialogue with the EBIG trainer (a senior consultant with over 7 years national and international experience) within a dedicated program of “proactive sales.”
From general elements and eskimos who buy fridges, to win-win sales processes with a friendly smile on your face and a lot of dedication. From identifying prospects, to correctly understood and wisely used closing techniques. From objections and complaints, to personalizing the network and customer retention. From the negotiation process as they do it at Harvard, to the buying cycle and customer management. Well, we can’t really tell you everything, right?
The light at the end of the tunnel
What was it? “A good hockey player plays where the puck is. A great hockey player plays where the puck is going to be” (Wayne Gretzky). We think that’s exactly the type of information that we brought across. With a test of proactive sales skills, small case studies, practical examples from various fields, role play and interactive discussions, we all saw at least a glimpse of the light we were talking about. The real colour and the sense of development are for you to see directly, live. Go ahead, send us an email and ask how ELBA have evaluated us.
The almost 90 years of experience in the field of lighting have turned ELBA into a prestigious brand, a household name in Romanian industry, and a top player in the field.
